Ledyard, CT - Dream Card members had their fantasies come true
when they entered a world of “Cash & Candy” in the Grand Ballroom
of the Pequot Tower at Foxwoods Casino Resorts.

Arriving guests were greeted by the Candy King, who
handed out Lollipops and Good Luck wishes atthe ballroom entrance.

“The $50,000. Candy Lane Slot Machine Tournament “ held in late
April, was one of the Casino’s most successful events to date, for their invited slots players. This
was a wonderful Two Day Tournament complete with Food, Drink, and Prizes. 

Players competed in two rounds of a ten session tournament, which included, a fabulous all you
could eat Buffet Dinner, Open Bar, Deserts, and Candy.

They also enjoyed a complimentary over night stay in a luxury room. The next morning the
Prizes were awarded to the Winners while they enjoyed a Breakfast Buffet. Players had the chance
to win $125.00 top prize per round, $75.00 for second, and $50.00 for third place.

Carol Lavigne of Connecticut took home the overall grand prize of $25,000. The second place and
third place winners both from Massachusetts got $10,000. For second, $5000.dollars for third.

Cash Prizes of $1500.were also awarded for 4th - 16th places. Three Breakfast
door prizes were also drawn.
